If you are not open at the time of delivery, an ‘Article Awaiting’ card will be left in your mailbox. This card will advise the next steps required to obtain delivery of your order. Your

order will not be left with persons under the age of 18 years (proof of age may be required).

Customers who are paying for their order by credit card, may request for their delivery to be left unattended, however, our carriers reserve the right to leave a call waiting card regardless of this request. The following examples highlight reasons of where a call waiting card may be left regardless of an authority to leave request:

  • There was no one in attendance and no clear delivery instruction authorising us to leave the parcel in a safe place.

  • Somebody was at site but they could not provide proof of age.

  • There was an authority to leave (and no one answered the door), but the driver was concerned that were no staff present within the vicinity of the premises

Unfortunately, unattended delivery is not available for customers paying by PayPal

Orders a re dispatched Monday to Friday. If we are in stock of your items at time of picking, we aim to dispatch your order the next business day.

We cannot guarantee or provide a day of the week or time of day for delivery.

The customer shall advise Djarraba Fire & Emergency Management via receipted email or traceable written correspondence

(delivered to email: admin@djarraba.com.au  or the postal address of 21 Thompson Place Camden South NSW 2570) of any cancellation of sales, equipment service, equipment testing, equipment maintenance, equipment installation, consultancy, site service or booked training session. 

 

Refunds for Customer Initiated Cancellation of Service:

  • Customer Initiated Cancellation within 2 business days before service delivery NIL refund

  • Customer Initiated Cancellation within 5 business days before service delivery50% refund

  • Customer Initiated Cancellation over 5 business days before service delivery 100% refund

 

Refunds to Customer (excluding warranty issues) for Djarraba Fire & Emergency or its agent’s failure to provide goods as described, service, testing, maintenance, consultancy services or training:

  • 100% refund within 10 business days.

  • Djarraba Fire & Emergency Management reserves the right to reclaim any defective or rejected items from the customer; if the customer does not fulfill such reclamation action within 7 business days the Customer will be liable for the full cost of the item. (See Refunds & returns flyer below).
